The annual event is celebrated each year in places like Ocean City, NJ, and this year the Thunder are joining the fun of Weird Contest Week by bringing some favorites to Waterfront Park.

www.trentonthunder.com (Altoona, PA) - The Trenton Thunder, Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, have announced that Catcher Jesus Montero has been placed on the Disabled List. Catcher P.J. Pilittere has been transferred from Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to Trenton. Montero sustained a broken middle finger on his left hand during Trenton's game against Altoona last night from Blair County Ballpark.
